By registering at one of our hotels, you consent to the processing of your personal data and that of your companions for the purpose of managing the check-in and check-out of guests.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the mandatory registration of travelers, as set out in Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the documentary and information registration obligations of natural or legal persons who carry out accommodation and motor vehicle rental activities. The collection of this data is mandatory to carry out the check-in. If you refuse, it will not be possible to provide you with the accommodation service you have contracted.
Your data will be in our database for the legally established limitation years. We inform you that your data will be transferred to the State Security Forces and Corps by legal obligation. If you contract our services, you are informed and expressly agree that your personal data provided to HOVIMA HOTELS will be used for the purpose of managing your billing. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the obligation to issue invoices for the delivery of goods and services, as set out in Law 58/2003, of 17 December, General Tax Law, which makes the collection and processing of your data mandatory and essential in order to provide our hotel accommodation services. • Curriculum management
If you wish to work for HOVIMA HOTELS, given our internal policy on the collection of CVs, for better organization and centralization of information, the CV data must be sent through the portal https://rrhh.hovima.com/trabaja-con-nosotros/account/signup or by email to the address: cv@hovima.com . Likewise, we inform you that CVs sent to other email accounts will be duly deleted from our system. The purpose will be to manage your participation in the personnel selection processes in which you could be included from the companies that make up HOVIMA HOTELS: Turística Konrad, SL and Santa María del Sur, SA All of this based on your express consent accepting the privacy policy or by acknowledgment of receipt.
If your application is successful, your data will become part of your file as a contracted employee and will be kept in the company for as long as you maintain your status as an employee and, after the employment relationship ends for any reason, they will be kept for the legally established limitation period in labor matters.
